Role-based reporting

Operating reports for authorised roles, with each owner limited to their account scope.

DEFINE THE NEED

When is association management a good fit?

  • You have an established association that needs organised day-to-day operations.
  • You need a clear shared-facility and maintenance plan instead of isolated fixes.
  • You want contribution, expense and reporting visibility appropriate to each role.
  • You want a written service scope, budget and responsibilities before work begins.

FROM START TO FOLLOW-UP

Four steps with a clear scope.

  1. 1

  3. 3

    Coordinate handover and operations

Document building condition and organise recurring work and open requests.

  4. 4

BEFORE YOU START

Answers that help define the scope.

Does Ofair set association contributions on its own?

No. The budget, services and authorised decisions are reviewed, and the management scope is defined in the estimate and contract. Contributions and association decisions follow the applicable process and authority.

Does every owner see the full building statement?

Each owner sees their own dues, payments and account documents. Detailed building statements and broader reports are limited to authorised roles.

Does the service include maintenance and operations?

The scope can include facilities, maintenance, cleaning, guarding and financial oversight according to the building’s needs and the agreed estimate and contract.
